Please let us know any time you are about to receive Home Health. Home Health organizations are required to furnish you with your supplies for the duration of their visits with you. We are unable to supply you and get our reimbursement for those supplies during any occurence of Home Health. Also, don't be mis-led...ANYTIME someone is coming into the home whether it is for Rehab Therapy Exercise or to check vital signs, etc...you are most likely undergoing an episode of Home Health. Home Health Agencies bill insurance for what is called a "consolidated billing code" that reimburses them for all services to include your supplies. We are unable to recoupe any losses if we provide your supplies because the insurance companies will not pay for them twice... i.e. the consolidated billing.

Help us to reduce any losses and continue to be able to provide you the utmost in customer service and quality products by making us aware of any Home Health episodes in advance. The same applies to hospital stays.
